Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

Kim's Teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp. 

vegetable oil

1 lb. 

boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Sliced green onions, for garnish

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and add the Teriyaki sauce for marination . Stir and cover with plastic wrap and marinate on the counter 20 min.
You can also make this sauce at home and keep. In this recipe i have used ready made Kim's Teriyaki Sauce . 
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp  oil.  Add chicken to the hot pan and sauté, stirring occasionally until golden and cooked through around 5 min.
Remove from the heat  and transfer chicken to a bowl. 
In the same pan add the remaining sauce from the marinade or you can add little more Teriyaki sauce if not sufficient and stir fry till chicken is nicely coated in sauce .
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
