Avacado Milk Shake
These days Avocado has become an incredibly popular food among health conscious individuals. It’s often referred to as a super food and often called Alligator Pear. There are many types of Avacado that varies from shapes and colour, from pear shape to round and green to black in colour. The yellow-green flesh inside the fruit is eaten, but the skin and seed are discarded.
Ingredients
1 avacado
1 cup milk
1tsp honey or sugar
Ice cube (optional )
Directions
Wash and cut the avacado into half and remove the seed. Now scoop the flesh and add it to blander. Add milk and honey or sugar as per your choice and blend it till smooth. The Avacado milk shake is ready.
